WHAT WE OFFER
We offer mobile and studio based training, in addition to one to one sessions you can also attend small group personal sessions that we run throughout the week from our studio.
Group personal training is a great way to train on a budget with a highly experienced personal trainer in a small group (max 8). Your trainer will know your name, ability and personal goals so can build appropriate sessions.
We have a simple ethos that is to listen, really listen, and then construct and guide you through sessions. We will not fit you into a formula, we know that will not work. But you will work hard and we promise to make it great fun!
